EMDR specialist and founder of Eastside Affirmative Psychotherapy, Ian Jensen shared his insights on trauma therapy with the team at CAST Treatment Centers today. Ian’s experience specially in the LGBT community is invaluable and we are always grateful to connect with other passionate providers.
At CAST Treatment Centers our group therapy program offers a great support system and structure for those that are attending EMDR therapy. Healing from trauma takes time and the right treatment plan that can pivot as needed. Once EMDR therapy has begun it is important to follow through and complete the process to gain the freedom from the trauma.
