Managed Health Network (MHN) insurance which is a part of Health Net insurance may cover part or all of a client’s outpatient treatment costs. Insurance benefits vary from policy to policy so there may be a copay, deductible or out-of-pocket maximum that needs to be met before insurance will help pay for treatment. CAST Centers admission department can run a verification of your insurance to make sure there are benefits that can be billed and also to calculate any out-of-pocket costs prior to admission so there are no financial surprises after treatment has begun.
To verify insurance coverage and benefits for potential clients, contact CAST Centers admission department at 877-657-8967. Please have the insurance card, date of birth and relevant information available to help expedite the process.
MHN insurance benefits can vary for each policy, yet many will cover mental health, substance abuse, and/or dual diagnosis conditions. Mental health conditions treated at CAST Centers using insurance may include depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Substance abuse or addiction to alcohol, heroin, meth, cocaine, or prescription medication including opioids, benzodiazepines (such as Xanax, Klonopin and Ativan) may also be covered by your Anthem Blue Cross insurance. Please call us today at 877-657-8967 for a verification of benefits to see how you can use your MHN insurance to help with the cost of mental health treatment or substance abuse treatment.
CAST Centers is in-network with MHN Health Net insurance and Anthem Blue Cross insurance. We also work with many PPO insurances as an out-of-network provider such as Aetna, Cigna, Humana, GEHA and more.
Although an insurance company may not be listed, we have worked with many other health insurance companies. Contact us to see if a specific policy will cover a portion or all of the outpatient treatment costs.
Note: While CAST Centers cannot control the outcome of insurance responses to billing for treatment services, our insurance specialist will work to maximize benefits available through the client’s insurance policy. There is never a guarantee how many days of outpatient treatment insurance will approve to cover as each client’s coverage is based on medical necessity.
