Aetna PPO and Aetna Choice POS II insurance may cover part or all of a client’s outpatient treatment at CAST Treatment Centers. Insurance benefits differ from policy to policy and as an out-of-network provider CAST Treatment Centers may be able to bill Aetna if it is a PPO or  Aetna Choice POS II policy.
